7-zip
is smaller compared to Peazip but Peazip is more beautiful looking. If you would like to change how 7-zip looks and you are willing to learn by searching on google, that’s good but if you’re the kind that likes to use after installing without any configuration and you like beauty, go for Peazip. 7-zip would be good on old computers and slow computers.

I agree with the analisys; I would add:

PeaZip beats 7-Zip in terms of formats supported (basically it takes 7z and other Open Source binaries to do that, like Ark or FileRoller), in terms of scriptability, additional features and GUI; the advantage is even more marked on Linux, where 7-Zip is command line only.

7-Zip on its side beats PeaZip because has more localizations (no surprise, is a more mature project), is smaller and is available, even if only as command line utility, also for all UNIX environments, not only Linux.
We should also not forget that 7-Zip is the source of 7z and POSIX 7z which makes possible to PeaZip, Ark, FileRoller etc to support .7Z archives and a lot of other types.
